New UBX Payment Portal

[ 2009-12-19 ] Sirma Business Consulting has released an updated version of the management system of payments UBX Payment Portal, aimed at banks and financial organizations. It covers the new requirements imposed by amendments to the payment services and payment systems, as well as in Regulation 3 of the Bank, which entered into force on November 1, 2009

The product, which reflects our first new regulatory requirements, integrate up to 30 working days for payment or delayed payment of a subscription fee.

UBX Payment Portal is a centralized system which functions in plant level, which adjusts to the communications environment of the bank. Implemented through the classical n-tier architecture, through Oracle10g Database and J2EE (JSF). Administration and management of the system is implemented through a web interface. The decision includes interfaces to BISERA 7 (ISO-20,022), RINGS (SWIFT), BISERA 6, CENTRAL DEPOZITAR, SEBRA, to NII, as well as internal information systems of the bank.

The product facilitates the monitoring and reconciliation of estimates of bank branches in plants, permits easy access to information about the client account and payment instructions thereto, and converting it into SWIFT, ISO 200,022 or agreed with the Bank form. Among its advantages are also maintaining a register of banks - participating in SEPA, and automatic detection by set rules and retrieving messages from the core banking system.

The system is already installed and working in Allianz Bank Bulgaria. It includes features for managing the logical and physical interfaces for connection to the SEPA, BISERA7, BISERA6, RINGS, SWIFT and SEBRA, tracking the status of each payment order in real-time monitoring of the status of the settlement account of the bank, tracking of payments situation process, liquidity and payment flows. Moreover, the decision record, process, transform and transport the payment instructions and messages to BISERA7 and SEPA, according to the rules and procedures of ISO-20,022. Another function of the UBX Payment Portal is the generation of reports and records of processed and rejected
